How a session works

Every 60-minute group session follows the same warm, structured rhythm so kids always know what to expect.

🎉 Warm-Up (10 min)

A quick game, puzzle, or group activity to get brains warmed up and kids excited to learn. Energy in, anxiety out.

📖 Reading Block (20 min)

Phonics, sight words, comprehension, and fluency — differentiated so every child works at the right level for them.

🌿 Brain Break (5 min)

A short movement or breathing break. Essential for K–6 brains — and it makes the second half of the session so much better.

🔢 Math Block (20 min)

Number sense, operations, and word problems using hands-on methods that make math feel less scary and more fun.

👋 Wrap-Up (5 min)

A quick summary of what was covered, celebration of wins, and any notes for parents during pickup.

🌟 Optional 1-on-1

For families who add on individual time — targeted support immediately after the group session while the learning is fresh.

Hi, I'm Caly 👋

I'm an experienced educator and tutor with a passion for helping students at every level find their stride. I've taught and tutored K–12 and beyond — from remedial support to advanced coursework, across multiple subjects — and I know firsthand how the right environment and the right person can completely change a child's relationship with learning.

I created TransForm Learning because I believe quality education shouldn't be a luxury. Every family deserves access to a warm, structured, genuinely effective learning environment — regardless of budget.
